About Me

Shelita Anderson is an author, inspirational speaker, and minister. Writing since the age of four, she published her first book in 2013. Her books, filled with encouragement and hope, reach the masses through several genres: children’s books, poetry, prayer, and self-help.

She is a speaker at the National Black Festival sharing her expertise on marketing and self-publishing. She was nominated for a Black Authors Matter TV Award in the Children’s Author Category and was a presenter for the first-ever, Black Authors Matter TV Award Ceremony in 2021.

As a minister and intercessor, Shelita has a prayer ministry called “Worldwide Warrior Intercessors”, “Worldwide Children’s Prayer Network” and “Holy Spirit Bible Study”. Her assignment is to pray for children, strong families, and the nation. In addition to her prayer and bible study assignments, she offers clothing and accessories embroidered with messages of hope and faith on her online store, www.mygodlyexpressions.com.

Shelita lives in Houston, TX. She is a devoted wife and loving mother of two daughters.
